1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be secured with full payment at the time of reservation.
- Additional charges, such as the refundable caution fee (if applicable), must be paid alongside the booking fee.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 12:00 Noon
- Late Check-Out: Guests who wish to extend their stay beyond the check-out time will incur a late check-out fee of 40% of the daily rental charge.
3. Refundable Caution Fee
- A refundable caution fee of ₦100,000 may be charged at the time of booking. This fee will be refunded upon successful checkout, subject to an inspection of the property.
- This fee will be refunded upon your departure, provided that there is no damage to the apartment.
4. Property Use and Damage
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay.
- Any damages caused by guests or their visitors will be deducted from the refundable caution fee or charged separately if the costs exceed the fee.
5. Smoking, Pets, and Noise Policy
- Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the property.
- Pets: Not allowed on the premises.
- Noise: Guests are requested to maintain a reasonable noise level to avoid disturbing other guests or neighbors.
6. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
7. Force Majeure
Rehoboth Apartments shall not be held responsible for cancellations or inconveniences caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
