1. Guest-Initiated Cancellations

No refund will be provided for cancellations resulting from personal emergencies. - Cancellations Due to Guest Inconvenience:
If a guest experiences a significant inconvenience, such as a prolonged power outage, a refund will be calculated based on the hours spent on the property before the inconvenience occurred.
2. Refund Processing
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3-7 business days from the cancellation date.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other emergencies.
4. Modification of Booking
- Requests for booking modifications, such as changing dates, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
